American Staffordshire Terrier

The American Staffordshire Terrier, also known as the Amstaff, is a loyal and courageous breed of dog. Originating in 19th century England, they were bred from a mix of bulldog and terrier breeds.

Their original purpose was to be a fighting dog, but today they are beloved family pets. Amstaffs are strong, muscular dogs with a short, glossy coat. They are intelligent and eager to please, making them easy to train.

Amstaffs are known for their courage and loyalty. They are protective of their family and make excellent guard dogs. They are also friendly and affectionate, making them great companions.

Despite their intimidating appearance, Amstaffs are gentle and loving. They thrive on human companionship and need plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. With proper training and socialization, they can be wonderful additions to any family.
