Polish Lowland Sheepdog

The Polish Lowland Sheepdog, or PON, is a herding breed that originated in Poland.

Bred to work on farms, the PON is an intelligent and loyal companion. Its thick double coat is designed to protect it from the elements, while its strong body and agile movements make it an excellent herder.

The breed dates back to the 15th century, when it was used to herd sheep and guard livestock. Over time, the PON's popularity spread throughout Europe, and it eventually made its way to the United States in the late 20th century.

Today, the PON is a popular family pet, known for its intelligence, loyalty, and protective nature. It is also an excellent watchdog, alerting its owners to any potential danger.

With its long history of hard work and dedication, the Polish Lowland Sheepdog is a beloved companion that will bring joy and protection to any home.
