Llewellin Setter

The Llewellin Setter is a breed of gun dog that originated in England in the 19th century.

Developed by R. Purcell Llewellin, this breed was created to be an ideal bird dog for hunting game birds.

Llewellin Setters are known for their intelligence, athleticism, and loyalty.

They have a strong desire to please their owners and are eager to learn new commands.

This breed is also known for its strong sense of smell and ability to track game birds over long distances.

They have a medium-length coat that is usually white with black or liver markings.

Llewellin Setters are active and energetic dogs that need plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.

They make great family pets, but they do require regular training and socialization to ensure they remain well-behaved.

With the right care and attention, the Llewellin Setter can be a loyal and loving companion for many years.
