- Barking Heads customers must book through the dedicated link to be eligible for the exclusive benefits.
- The Barking Heads exclusive benefit of £10 off your first pet care booking is only eligible upon first booking per member profile, not per pet or per carer, and cannot be claimed retrospectively.
- If the booking value is less than £10, then the full booking value will be refunded. Any remaining amount up to the £10 value will be sacrificed and cannot be claimed in any further bookings.
- Once the booking has been made through Tailster, the discount is applied via a refund the next working day to the same card.
