We are here to help pet owners find the perfect carer for their pets. We can’t do that without our amazing carers on our platform!

As you know, we receive a 20% commission for all bookings made on Tailster from the carer. This means, that we only make money when you make money. To put this into perspective, if we get £100 in commission, it’s because we’ve helped you earn £400 in pet care income with absolutely no upfront cost or risk! We think that seems fair enough.

Here’s a mini breakdown of the many things you get for the commission we charge:

No upfront costs

Easy access to clients through our website, email alerts, and app notifications, with an unlimited number of clients to contact with no cap on the number of bookings you can win. We spend our marketing budget to help you win more customers. No other site allows you free access to new potential clients within your area . You can be proactive in your approach to build your client base and you don’t have to wait for someone to get in touch with you.

High quality customer and client support

Everyone can contact us via phone, email, live chat, and via our site message system. We’re here to help you with anything that may arise from helping you meet with potential clients to helping you through any unfortunate incidents – we take care of it. Think of us as your partner that does all the dull bits and pieces, whilst you take care of the pets!

We look after payment

The cost of processing a card transaction can reach over 3.5%, this is absorbed by us. Your customers get to pay you for your services without worrying about cash or bank transfers, which is what people expect nowadays. You can rest assured knowing you will receive payment as we take these when the bookings are made and keep hold of them until the care is complete.

We’re effectively your online presence

No need to spend £1000 on a website promoting your business, or £1000s on building tools such as live photo updates and walk tracking. No ongoing hosting fees of a website that can add up to more than £250 per year. We help you show off your ability to take care of pets and build up your reputation to show off to clients in your area with real verified reviews.

Insurance coverage on all bookings as standard

We take care of things should anything happen, from losing keys to any possible mishaps, you’re fully covered. And unlike our competitors, we have the most comprehensive insurance coverage in the industry. You may have your own insurance, but this is part of the many things Tailster offers to help you build your client base.

If you ever have to go through the unfortunate process of insurance claims and dealing with upset clients – with Tailster, you don’t have to do it alone.

We’re improving and maintaining the system we’ve built

We’re extremely proud of what we’ve managed to build with such a small team and understand that there’s always room for change. We’re constantly looking for ways to enhance our customer’s experience when using Tailster. Our team is working around the clock to ensure the site and app are working without issue and adding new features to make winning more clients easier.
