Terms and Conditions
- Pets at Home customers must book through the dedicated www.tailster.com/PetsVIP website to be eligible for the exclusive benefits. This can be accessed directly or through another Pets at Home vanity link i.e. petsathome.com/Tailster
- The Pets at Home exclusive benefit of £10 off your first pet care booking is only eligible upon first booking per member profile, not per pet or per carer, and cannot be claimed retrospectively.
- If the booking value is less than £10, then the full booking value will be refunded. Any remaining amount up to the £10 value will be sacrificed and cannot be claimed in any further bookings.
- Once the booking has been made through Tailster, the discount is applied via a refund the next working day to the same card.
- Tailster and Pets at Home reserve the right to remove this offer at any time.
